Job Description
Corporate Finance Contractor
Location:London/Hybrid
Salary:£500 – £700/day
- Strong Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of corporate finance principles, especially around funding mechanisms (debt, equity, hybrids), capital structuring, and intercompany financing.
- Experience with Group Structures: Familiarity with multinational or multi-entity corporate structures, including legal, tax, and regulatory considerations.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align funding strategies with long-term business goals and stakeholder interests.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional finance projects, ideally with PMP, Prince2, or similar certification.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in engaging senior stakeholders (CFO, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Board), managing expectations, and driving consensus.
- Risk and Compliance Awareness: Understanding of financial, regulatory, and operational risks in corporate structuring and funding.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to translate complex financial concepts into clear plans and updates for varied audiences.
