The Role: Property Director Sector: Retail / F&B / Hospitality Location: London Base – Nationwide Coverage + Travel Salary: £££ Excellent Our client has an established network of delightful sites across the UK and we are supporting the search for an experienced and energetic Property Director to join the senior leadership team. The primary objective for the Property Director will be expansion and growth, taking a lead role in developing and delivering the real estate strategy that will double the size of the estate. We are keen to speak to individuals with international experience and those who have worked for large hospitality or retail businesses on a number of different site formats. The incoming candidate will review the entire estate and be the decision maker on where investment is made, proactively developing partnerships which will enable the business to scale-up. Additionally, the Property Director will lead and motivate a team across the property function, including acquisitions, maintenance, facilities management, design, construction, compliance, and oversee the CAPEX budget. The Property Director will take a realistic and strategic approach, bring structure to the team and be capable of short, medium, and long-term goal setting. Ideally, they will have a strong network of reliable contractors and a demonstrable history of success within a multi-site, fast-paced business, such as restaurants, retail, or leisure.
