Our client is a growing commercial business seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and support the finance operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting operations including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections
Support audit and tax filing processes
Assist in any other finance-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance
At least 2 year of relevant accounting experience in a commercial environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, SAP)
Familiar with Singapore GST and accounting practices
Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
Team player with good communication skills
