Managing rota design, education, development, and transformation initiatives within the medical workforce. Developing and reviewing medical workforce policies in line with NHS guidelines, ensuring compliance with legislation. Creating and managing employee relations interventions that have measurable, positive impacts. The Individual We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate: Current UK NHS experience is essential, particularly in medical workforce management. MCIP qualification or equivalent with expertise in leadership and policy development. A solid background in driving workforce transformation, managing employee relations, and workforce policy. Strong knowledge of NHS systems, with a focus on compliance and legal adherence. Willingness to work under the Trust's Direct Engagement model and comply with the Workforce Alliance Framework.
