Junior FF&E Procurement Coordinator

Location: Knightsbridge, London
Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 depending on experience

With a global UHNW client base and a reputation for exceptional delivery, this studio is synonymous with excellence in every detail, and that’s where you come in.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sharp, detail-obsessed Junior FF&E Procurement Coordinator to join a fast-paced and design-led studio. You’ll work at the heart of the delivery process, partnering with senior designers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that every bespoke piece, finish, and fixture arrives on time, on budget, and beautifully made. If you love logistics as much as luxury design, and thrive in a structured but creative environment, this role is for you.

This opportunity would suit a Junior FF&E Procurement Coordinator or Studio Coordinator with some experience in luxury residential interiors, confident using Excel, Adobe InDesign, and procurement tools such as EstiMAC or similar.

Office: Knightsbridge, London
Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

Duties:

  • Assist the FF&E team with placing purchase orders and logging confirmations in procurement trackers
  • Help collate supplier quotes, lead times, and samples under guidance from the senior team
  • Support with the preparation of FF&E schedules, mood boards, and InDesign presentations
  • Liaise with suppliers to request pricing, technical information, and delivery updates
  • Track shipments and delivery dates, updating internal schedules as needed
  • Assist with organising and maintaining the materials library and sample inventory
  • Help prepare documentation for client presentations and internal meetings
  • Attend team meetings and site visits with senior designers to gain project exposure
  • Ensure all records are kept up to date and filed correctly in accordance with studio processes

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an FF&E, procurement or admin support role within interior design (or excellent internship experience)
  • Working knowledge of Excel, InDesign, and ideally a procurement platform (e.g. EstiMAC or similar)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn about FF&E, logistics, and luxury interior delivery
  • Clear and professional communication style (both verbal and written)
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and a team player with a passion for interiors and high-end design
