End User Hosting team is responsible for the design, implementation and support of the Virtual Workplace infrastructure. This includes application delivery on Citrix, Terminal server and virtual workstations on Prem & cloud and keeping the underlying infrastructure for those platforms up to date.
The team delivers third-line support to end-users and the support teams across all entities.
