A major investment bank seeks a Security Finance Lawyer.
Our client, a major investment bank, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Prime Brokerage/Security Finance Lawyer for a full-time, 6-month role with a high possibility of extension.
The successful candidate will act as the bank’s lead Prime Brokerage lawyer, handling complex and dynamic matters within cash prime, synthetic prime, and securities lending. This is an advisory role, not involving drafting or negotiation, but rather managing multiple and competing business interests.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in prime brokerage and security finance law and excel in providing expert legal advice. The role requires navigating a fast-paced environment, managing diverse business relationships, and operating with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
This is for an immediate start with a hybrid working arrangement (50% remote work and a mandatory office day every Tuesday). A fantastic opportunity to join a leading investment bank and take on a challenging and rewarding role with significant impact.
