We work with some of the UK’s largest building owners, landlords, and facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements across all property sectors.

The Role:

The role involves developing good working relationships with clients, ensuring that contract jobs are maintained at manageable levels, costs are controlled across all areas of service delivery, profitability is maximized, and contract terms and conditions are fully understood and adhered to.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and procure subcontract work packages as required
  • Attend progress meetings and provide commercial reports to clients, including quarterly expenditure reports on PPP capped items
  • Understand and ensure compliance with the contract’s terms, conditions, and practices
  • Work collaboratively with the Contract Manager to identify potential cost and efficiency savings, especially around the delivery of the PPP

Requirements

  • Understanding of Term Contracts and the ability to challenge or resolve issues related to service delivery not aligned with Terms & Conditions
  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with clients
  • Negotiate and manage optimal commercial deals with subcontractors
  • Ability to work independently and bring innovative ideas to the business
