Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a full time, permanent, reception and administrative role at Ravenhead Foyer, supported accommodation scheme for 16–25‑year‑olds.
The Foyer team are committed to the development of young people via a bespoke training and support offer.
As Customer Service Officer you will be the first point of contact for both our customers and visitors, while also providing high quality administrative support service to the team.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a sound understanding of safeguarding practices and a passion to deliver an outstanding service.
What will my working week look like?
Scheme based reception cover from 9am-5pm – Monday to Friday.
What will I be responsible for doing?
- Managing a wide variety of computer packages.
- Managing the reception office and providing administrative support to the Foyer Team.
- Ordering supplies for the office and accommodation.
- Processing rental income while following financial standing orders.
- Ensuring the safety of the building and customers.
