We are looking fora proactive and creative Commercial Media Executive to support the Club’s commercial and community-facing media output. This role will focus on delivering high-quality content and campaigns that promote the Club’s commercial partnerships, community initiatives, and non-football activities, while also supporting football content on Press Days and Matchdays.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ECRM campaigns, collaboration on non-football graphics, and producing engaging content for web, print, and social media. This role plays a key part in enhancing the Club’s brand visibility and commercial value.
ECRM & Digital Campaigns
•Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns to support commercial and community initiatives.
•Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns for engagement and conversion.
Graphic Design & Visual Content
•Work with Parliament to produce high-quality graphics for commercial and community content (excluding football-specific graphics).
•Ensure all visual content aligns with the Club’s brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Commercial & Community Activations
•Support the planning and execution of commercial activations, including sponsor promotions, events, and branded content.
•Create media content to highlight the Club’s community outreach and CSR activities.
Programme & Web Content
•Edit and contribute to the Club’s matchday programme, ensuring commercial and community content is accurate and engaging.
•Write and publish web copy to support commercial campaigns, community news, and partner announcements.
Football Content (Press Days & Matchdays Only)
•Assist with media coverage on Press Days and Matchdays, including filming, photography, and social media support.
•Collaborate with the wider media team to ensure seamless integration of commercial messaging into football content.
•Ad hoc projects & support: Assist in admin and projects across the Club as may be appropriate.
•Complete any other training as required by the Club.

Qualifications & skills
Essential:

•Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
•Experience working in a sports or events environment.
•Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics tools.
