Position: Assistant Housekeeper

Salary:

£27,000 – £30,000 plus bonus scheme

Role Overview:

1to1 Group is seeking an Assistant Housekeeper to collaborate with the Accommodation Manager in managing the venue\’s bedrooms and suites. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service to the highest standards. Experience in a premium hotel, accommodation, or housekeeping setting is essential.

Working Hours:

Full-time, permanent position, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota with 1 weekend off per month. Hours are from 07:00 to 15:30, with a flexible start time between 07:00 and 08:00 on non-breakfast and cleaning days.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in overseeing daily accommodation operations.
  2. Monitor accommodation quality to ensure exceeding customer expectations and achieving standards.
  3. Provide memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
  4. Lead by example to maintain a high-performing team and support colleagues.
  5. Regularly cover cleaning shifts to monitor standards.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues on breakfast service and deep cleaning tasks.
  7. Complete administrative tasks professionally and promptly.
  8. Manage stock and equipment properly.
  9. Act as a deputy for the Accommodation Manager when needed.
