As our IT Field Service Engineer, you will be working as part of an IT team based in the UK, providing hands-on support to local businesses and working on local and global projects. The role requires supporting multiple locations across the UK, primarily in St. Helens and Deeside, with the opportunity for hybrid working.
What you’ll be doing…
- Ticket resolution assigned to Field Service – incidents and tasks
- Physical / hands-on local IT support (networks, PCs, servers, telephony, mobile devices, printers, and users)
- Regular remote site check-ins
- Supporting infrastructure projects and rollout of new services and processes
- User training (local and global apps)
- Onboarding and offboarding support (including physical setup, imaging, training)
- Supporting local projects
- Local vendor management
- Supporting local applications
- Office moves, refurbishments, organizational changes
- Managing local business relationships – addressing new demands, communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
- Asset management
- Local procurement
You will split your time between our Head Office in St Helens and manufacturing sites in Queensferry and Shotton, so flexibility to travel is required.

- Ideally 2 years of experience in an IT environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team across different locations
