About The Role

We are seeking a Programmatic Senior Executive to join our team of specialists working with a diverse roster of clients, including Specsavers, John Lewis & Partners, Apple, Renault, and British Airways. The role involves managing both programmatic and direct IO buys, with a focus on delivering innovative ideas to challenge and grow our clients’ digital strategies.

The successful candidate will have experience in digital media, particularly in executing display campaigns across demand side platforms (DSPs) and digital ad technologies such as DV360, Google Campaign Manager, and The Trade Desk. Reporting to a Programmatic Account Director, the role emphasizes developing integrated strategies and campaigns, as well as supporting junior team members.

About The Agency

Over the next three years, OMG plans to build a 170-person operation in Newcastle, fostering a diverse community of skills and specialisms. Our goal is to work collaboratively with our colleagues in London and Manchester to deliver outstanding marketing and communication solutions.

Flexible Working

We support flexible working through a hybrid model (three days in the office, two remote). Our standard hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with flexible start and end times around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to accommodate individual needs.
