JOB TITLE: Achievement and Examinations Assistant

LOCATION: Kings Lynn

HOURS: 30-37 hours per week (minimum of 4 days per week)

SALARY: £19,777 – £19,938 (£24,392 – £24,592 FTE)

Due to continued growth in student numbers and investment in the team we are recruiting for an Achievement and Exams Assistant. This is a varied and challenging position and would particularly suit a candidate with experience in a similar role, or with a good working knowledge of exams.

This is a fast-paced role working with colleagues both within and external to the College ensuring that exams are well-organised, students needs are met on an individual basis and regulatory compliance is in place across all exams. No two days are the same, the College has learners ranging from entry level through to level 7, and as such exams take place throughout the year. You will have excellent communication, data entry and organisational skills as well as a good level of IT competence.

During peak exam periods some flexibility may be required with regards to working hours, with the availability for time off in lieu or overtime to compensate. There may be occasions when an earlier start to the day and/ or later finish are needed.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Achievement and Examinations team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength.
