As the PMO Support Officer, you will provide reliable and proactive support to programme delivery by preparing meetings, managing communications, and organising governance and administrative activities that ensure smooth and efficient operations. You should be available to start within 1–3 weeks and able to work on-site in Leeds City Centre two days per week.
- Prepare and support project meetings, including agenda distribution, attendee coordination, and post-meeting follow-ups.
- Manage the PMO mailbox by triaging incoming messages and directing queries to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
- Accurately record and track meeting actions, decisions, and discussion points, maintaining structured logs to support delivery assurance.
- Collate and submit inputs for Programme Boards and governance forums in line with reporting timelines and quality standards.
- Organise meeting logistics such as diary management, room bookings, and stakeholder list updates to maintain operational efficiency.
- Provide consistent administrative support to uphold governance frameworks and enable effective programme delivery.
- Promote a structured and responsive working environment through attention to detail and clear, timely communication in a dynamic setting.
