We are seeking highly motivated executive assistant to work alongside the Chief Operations Officer of a world leading construction and engineering consultancy. For this position you will need to be motivated, analytical and the ability to enable well informed decision making and smooth business operation. This role will also require driving, so a full UK driving licence and confidence behind the wheel will be essential.

Job Role:

  • Administrative and Executive Support
  • Managing Calendars, Travel to Project sites,Organisation of departmental head meetings and agendas.
  • Project and Commercial Tracking
  • Maintain project contract key dates, Track SPIs, Monitor Bluebeam for each project, Provide weekly updates.
  • Operation and Performance Reporting
  • Weekly Index reviews, Monitor staff numbers, Develop key milestone summaries, Summaries project activities.
  • Essential:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a proactive approach to Problem-Solving.
  • Ability to manage complex data, track performance and summarise key insights for review.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Office and Project Management tools.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
  • Desirable:

  • Experience in construction, engineering or infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, SPI tracking and AI driven analytics.
  • Strongcommercial awareness.
