A brand you will want to be part of. Looking for a Trainee/Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in Plumstead. Experience is not essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: * Conducting viewings and letting properties * Carry out Valuations and list new properties * Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database * Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback * Facilitating a let through to move in * Previous lettings experience is preferred * Full UK driving licence.
