Job Title: Mid/Senior Domain Architect
Project Title: Enterprise Architecture & OSS Transformation
Contract: Three months rolling INSIDE IR35
Location: Hybrid (London-centric, commutable)
Working Hours: 8 hours/day; Core availability 10:00-16:00 (London Time)
About the Project
Our client is embarking on a major Enterprise Architecture and OSS Transformation initiative. As part of this strategic evolution, they are assembling a tactical core team to drive architectural outcomes that align technology with business goals. They are seeking experienced Domain Architects to bridge high-level architectural frameworks with hands-on development execution, ensuring successful delivery of mission-critical telecom systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate high-level architectural concepts into actionable High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
- Collaborate with technical teams on the design and delivery of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Ensure all designs are traceable to business and functional requirements.
- Act as a liaison between system-wide architecture and delivery teams to maintain design integrity.
- Support the transition from Time & Materials (T&M) to outcome-based delivery models.
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of enterprise architecture standards and documentation.
Required Technical Experience
- Cloud & Edge Computing (AWS, OpenStack, Linux, Kubernetes) 3+ years
- OSS/BSS & Integration (API design, microservices) 5+ years
- Agile/SAFe Delivery Frameworks 3+ years
Required Business Experience
- Multi-Vendor Agile Delivery 3+ years
- Stakeholder Coordination 3+ years
Industry Experience
- Telecommunications: 5+ years in a domain or enterprise architecture role within telecom environments.
