Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Oracle Fusion Specialist for an initial 3-month contract based in Wembley.
Pay: £350-£400 per day inside IR35 via an umbrella company
Tenure: 3 months, extendable
Location: Wembley, Middlsex
- Assisting on identifying and correcting historical pay calculations by recalculating pay and deduction elements over the length of possibly 3 years, and working closely with current SI on identifying and testing absence and other system fixes on behalf of the payroll team.
- Leading on guidance and training of current payroll staff on the proposed identification and testing of pay or formula issues – providing detailed guidance notes on findings and proposed solutions.
- Assist the current project lead with automating the current pay uplift process.
- This position would need to review live payroll runs by working closely with the current payroll team to identify, report and test fixes on behalf of the payroll team, and to confirm all findings back to the current SI in brent.
- To assist on testing all proposed solutions against current reported payroll issues in Oracle Cloud – this post will sit between the current SI and the payroll team, and will be working on behalf of the payroll team to get system fixes tested and resolved by providing live data for the payroll team sign off.
