Risk Analyst *3 month rolling contract + potential to go perm* *hybrid – 2 days per week in North London office* The role: Your role is pivotal in nurturing a customer-centric culture across the organisation. The Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and managing risks that could impact the organisation\’s objectives. This role involves assessing financial, operational, and strategic risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and implementing controls to minimise exposure. Risk Identification: Identify and assess potential risks to the organisation\’s financial stability, operational efficiency, and reputation. This includes analysing internal processes, market trends, and external factors that could pose threats. Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to quantify the likelihood and impact of identified risks. Utilise historical data, and qualitative analysis techniques to evaluate risk exposure. Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimise the impact of identified risks. Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective risk management plans tailored to specific risk profiles. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key risk indicators and emerging risks on an ongoing basis. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting notable risks, trends, and mitigation efforts.Key Skills and experience: Strategic thinking ability; capable of analysing complex data to develop solutions and make well-reasoned decisions Experience influencing operational activities at both tactical and strategic levels Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
