IMA-HOME\’s Experience Retail Creative team are experts in rethinking retail by creating meaningful and memorable brand experiences in both digital and physical worlds.

Summary of the Junior Designer role

We are looking for applications from individuals with knowledge of consumer experience design who are ready to enter the industry—no prior agency experience is required for this role!

Some responsibilities of the Junior Designer will include:

  • Working with the studio team to deliver high-quality creative solutions
  • Interpreting and developing client briefs alongside the client services team
  • Working on briefs related to brand strategy, content generation, experiential campaigns, and exhibition design
  • Producing visualizations and employing design techniques with craft and consistency
  • Understanding and applying marketing strategies to exhibition solutions
  • Presenting creative concepts to clients and the studio team clearly and thoughtfully
