    IMA-HOME\’s Experience Retail Creative are a team of experts, re-thinking retail by creating meaningful and memorable brand experiences in both the digital and physical world

    Summary of the Junior Designer role

    With a focus on creating experiences and campaigns for some of the biggest retail brands around, we’re looking for applications from individuals who have knowledge of consumer experience design and are ready to enter the industry – no prior agency experience is required for this role!

    Some responsibilities of the Junior Designer role will include

  • Working with the wider studio team to deliver high quality creative solutions
  • Interpret and develop client briefs alongside the client services team
  • Ability to work on a variety of briefs encompassing brand strategy, content generation, experiential campaigns and exhibition design
  • Produce visualisations and employ design techniques which purpose concepts with craft and consistency
  • Understand and apply marketing strategies to applied exhibition solutions
  • Present creative concepts to client services and the studio team in a thoughtful and articulate manner
