Mechanical Engineering Technician – Belfast

Are you ready to be the engineering backbone of emergency response? Our client is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team in Belfast, Boucher Crescent.
As a Multi-skilled Emergency Technician (MET), you’ll play a pivotal role in the repair, maintenance, and innovation of our emergency response fleet and life-saving equipment. From advanced diagnostics on cutting-edge hybrid vehicles to high-level fabrication and electrical repairs, you’ll tackle complex challenges with autonomy and precision—often in high-pressure situations and extreme environments.
- Pay rate £19.11 per hour
- 36.25 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- 6 months initially with possible extension
- Fluency in electrical systems, IT tools, and Management Information Systems
- Previous mechanical experience
- A UK C Class driving licence and the resilience to support emergency response operations 24/7
