Your Mission
- Develop a compelling, market-relevant range of Run / Train apparel & accessories aligned with company strategy.
- Drive product assortment strategies based on retailer and consumer needs, achieving seasonal KPIs.
- Manage the global critical path to meet seasonal deadlines.
- Create detailed product briefs for regional & global teams, referencing competitors.
- Participate actively in Merch Review, Line Freeze, and ESAM meetings.
- Support sales through account previews and pre-line meetings, providing feedback in a clear format.
- Own product setup, including systems, restrictions, embargoes, trackers, and pricelists.
- Deliver market insights, trends, pricing, and consumer needs to regional & global teams.
- Conduct store visits and compile reports on retailer and competitor activity.
- Analyze sales data and seasonal targets to forecast and maximize SKU efficiency.
- Place sample orders to optimize seasonal needs and minimize costs.
- Manage showroom merchandising at season start and pack down afterward.
- Coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to execute account and brand plans.
- Identify opportunities outside normal seasonal timings with sales.
- Create seasonal sell-in documents using digital tools, updating throughout the season.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships within the merchandising team and with other functions.
- Review weekly GTM updates and follow up on action points.
