Building Services Manager – Life & Science Projects – National Tier 1 About Us: Join one of the UK’s largest privately owned main contractors who are known for their rich history of family values, exceptional staff retention, and a supportive culture. With a 5+ year pipeline of projects locked in for the Cambridge area this builer is expanding their local team with a new Building Services Manager postion being established in the business off the back of two Life & Science projects being awarded in excess of £100m+. The builder has been established for 100+ years, had strong year to year profit whilst building long lasting relationships with key stakeholders across Life & Science, Commercial, Industrial, Defence, Residential, Healthcare and Retail sectors. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager who has a versitile skillset across MEP in preconstruction, design, planning and delivering running MEP package in excess of £20m+. The successful candidate will lead a team of 1-4 MEP Managers overseeing all MEP contractors from precon through to delivery in colaberation with the project team.
