This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to really make your mark. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing: As the Fleet Administrator, you\’ll be the vital link keeping vehicles moving and records spotless. No two days will be the same, but here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be getting stuck into: * Issuing, replacing and cancelling fuel cards, and keeping fuel registers up to date. * Creating reports for fuel usage – spotting patterns, trends, and potential red flags. * Maintaining vehicle records – from maintenance logs and defect reports to tachographs and driver logbooks. * Analysing fleet data, penalty charges (PCNs, NIPs), and liaising with the Fleet Management company. * Coordinating the logistics of vehicle delivery and collection with both internal teams and third-party providers. * Supporting with invoicing queries, data entry, and day-to-day admin tasks. 🛠️ What You’ll Need to Succeed: * Strong Microsoft Office skills – particularly Excel (you\’ll love a spreadsheet!) * First-class organisation and time management – deadlines don’t scare you. * A proactive, can-do attitude – always two steps ahead and ready with solutions. * Sharp analytical skills * Experience working with telematics systems and fleet management processes. * First-rate communication skills and the confidence to liaise across departments and with external partners. 🚀 Why You’ll Love This Role: This isn\’t just a desk job – it\’s an opportunity to be the engine room of a crucial business function.
