Who we are
The Guest Education Centre is lululemon’s contact centre, operating as a remote team across Europe. The GEC Educator is a primary guest-facing role, providing solutions to all guest inquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media, and virtual shopping. Our Educators are empowered to find resolutions and support guests throughout their lululemon experience.
We are hiring for contracted positions. The GEC Educator role is a remote, work-from-home position that encourages independent problem-solving and authentic connection. At lululemon, we focus on enabling our employees to maximize their potential in all aspects of life. As a GEC Educator, you will work closely with your Team Lead to enhance Guest Experience and support your growth and development at lululemon.
The role:
- Deliver world-class guest experience across all GEC channels (phone, live chat, email).
- Resolve guest concerns with connection and empathy.
- Achieve quality interaction, schedule adherence, and efficiency targets.
- Maintain knowledge of lululemon policies, procedures, and products.
- Navigate multiple programs to place orders, process returns, communicate programs, and troubleshoot for our ecommerce business.
- Participate in ongoing development, career pathways, and performance conversations.
- Contribute to an inclusive work environment through our IDEA initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Contact centre experience is an asset.
- Willingness to complete 2.5 weeks of full-time training and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to connect authentically with guests and resolve inquiries over the phone.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills for live chat conversations.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing 50 WPM, and internet navigation.
- Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work up to 8 hours per day on a computer.
Schedule (availability required):
- Shift times from 7am to 5pm GMT on weekdays and 9am to 5pm BST on weekends.
- Full-time hours are 40 hours per week during operating hours.
