Ashton Recruitment requires several weekend Parcel Sorters for our highly successful client based at Nutts Corner. There is a minimum requirement to work at least one shift per week.
Location: Nutts Corner
Duration: Temporary (Permanent vacancies may become available based on performance)
Rate of Pay: £12.21 to £12.46 per hour (Over 21), £10.75 per hour (Under 21)
Hours of Work: Usually 10.30am to 7.30pm on Saturdays and 10am to 7.30pm on Sundays
Other shifts may also become available
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Loading and unloading Lorries
- Sorting parcels into geographic areas dependent on postcodes
- General Housekeeping within the Warehouse
- Assisting all other Warehouse Operatives to ensure deadlines are met
- Scanning products using hand-held scanners
- All other warehousing duties as required
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures as set out by the client
- Previous experience working in a busy warehousing environment
- Own transport is necessary due to location of the warehouse
- Applicants must be over 18 due to the nature of work.
