Experienced Underground Utility Surveyor

Job Description

We specialize in producing high-quality topographical, measured building, and underground utility surveys for a diverse ever growing client base.

Experienced Utility Surveyor required for nationwide contracts within the construction and related industry.

Applicants will be proficient in the use of Vivax Metrotech utility detection equipment or similar and have experience in the use of Ground Probing Radar and post processing software.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position working within the survey environment and 3 years’ experience carrying out underground utility detection surveys.
  • In-depth Knowledge and understanding of PAS128 survey standards.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver and meet deadlines.
  • CSCS card required.
  • Qualifications:QCF Level 3 in Utility Mapping/Surveying or relevant HNC/Diploma, or proven experience.
  • Full UK clean driving licence
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct underground utility surveys using the latest equipment and proven survey techniques to ensure the highest standards of accuracy is delivered to the client.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines, including PAS 128.
  • Some staying away may be required or out of normal working hours expected.
