Shepherd Neame is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team kitchen. If you have some previous catering experience, are seeking a new challenge, and want to advance your career in the kitchen, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The Royal Albion is a historic seafront hotel located in the heart of Broadstairs, Kent. Established in 1760, our hotel features 21 elegant and spacious bedrooms and offers a commanding view of Viking Bay from its clifftop location. Guests can enjoy dining in our popular Ballard\’s Coffee Lounge, the main bar and restaurant areas, or the Quarterdeck restaurant. The relaxed Boathouse bar, with its terrace and garden, provides stunning sea views.
We believe that excellent chefs are essential to a successful kitchen. As part of our friendly and supportive team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and food to our guests.
