Salary Range: Β£56,177.34 to Β£58,488.02 per annum inclusive of shift allowance
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, five 18-day breaks per year

We are excited to announce an internal opportunity for the position of Shift Technician. As a key member of the Production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of both front-end and back-end equipment. This includes running and maintaining machinery such as body-makers, trimmers, conveyors, presses, coaters, decorators, LSMs, Belvac, neckers, and light testers.
You will perform regular quality checks, carry out neck diameter changes, and participate in overhauls and project work as needed. Additionally, you will support the maintenance of all plant services.
In this role, maintaining high standards of quality, output, spoilage controls, and housekeeping will be essential. Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards will be a critical part of your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Running and maintaining both front-end and back-end equipment.
- Conducting quality checks and adjustments, including neck diameter changes.
- Managing overhauls, project work, and plant service maintenance.
- Achieving production targets, implementing spoilage controls, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
- Following health and safety protocols strictly.
