We are seeking experienced chefs for agency work, offering competitive pay and flexible hours.
Salary: £16.00ph – £20.00ph + holiday pay (dependent on role and experience)
This role provides opportunities to work at various venues such as hotels, stadiums, events, Racecourses, and canteens.
Preferred experience in large-scale Banqueting; however, chefs with a minimum of 3 years in fast-paced environments are encouraged to apply. We value hardworking, skilled chefs with positive attitudes.

Current vacancies: Junior Sous Chef
Responsibilities include:
- Cooking to specifications and creating menus
- Product delivery, standards, and innovation
- Kitchen and equipment cleaning
- Food and fridge temperature recording, wastage management
- Liaising with front of house staff and management
- Stock control, waste management, and financial duties
- Adhering to health & safety, food hygiene, and maintenance standards
Requirements:
- Food Safety Level 2 certificate (last 3 years)
- Food Allergen certificate (last 3 years)
- Health & Safety Level 2 (last 3 years)
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of food safety and passion for quality meals
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Enthusiasm and willingness to work hard
