I’m looking to speak with experienced Financial Controller to join a high-performing finance team for a 12-month secondment. This is a excellent opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role within a global consultancy. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll oversee the full monthly management accounting cycle for the UK operation, support cash flow forecasting, and manage internal budgets and performance tracking. You’ll lead a capable finance team, ensure smooth operational delivery, and act as a trusted contact for senior stakeholders. Key Duties: * Lead month-end reporting and provide timely insights for board-level decision-making * Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting * Oversee and support the finance team with reviews, resource planning, and professional development * Ensure accounting practices meet internal control standards and compliance * Maintain strong working relationships with Partners and external advisers * Drive improvements in financial systems and processes What You’ll Need: * Chartered Accountant qualification (ICAEW, ACCA, or CIMA) * Strong experience in management accounting, ideally with time in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm * Proven ability to lead and motivate a finance team * Expertise in ERP and integrated financial systems * Excellent stakeholder communication skills If you’re an experienced Financial Controller who thrives in a collaborative, ambitious environment and wants to make a real impact, I\’d love to hear from you
