You’ll:
Support a Reception pupil to access play-based learning and daily routines
Adapt activities to meet their individual needs and EHCP targets
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress and next steps
Help build confidence, independence and positive relationships in their first year at school

What you’ll need:
Experience working with young children, ideally in an Early Years setting
An understanding of SEND (autism, speech and language needs, or global delay)
A calm, nurturing approach with clear, gentle boundaries
Full-time availability for a long-term role
