Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Newark Salary: £45k We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to support the Managing Director in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the company\’s daily operations and making sure that everything runs smoothly. It is hybrid, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, with no weekend work! Operations Manager Duties; * Oversee and manage the daily operations of the business * Maintain and implement operational policies, procedures * Ensure regulatory compliance with FCA guidelines and other relevant financial regulations. * Assist in financial management, including budgeting and expense control. * Work closely with support staff and financial advisors to streamline the delivery of client services. * Manage relationships with third-party providers, including platforms, compliance consultants, and service suppliers. * Oversee IT systems, CRM software, and other operational tools, ensuring they support business needs. Experience required to be an Operations Manager; * Experience in operations or business support, ideally within financial services. * Highly organised, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with senior leadership. * Comfortable using CRM systems — or willing to learn quickly. * A proactive attitude and a desire to improve systems, not just manage them.
