Job Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive Legal Secretary to provide high-quality typing, administrative and secretarial support to our busy private client team.

Monday-Friday
Up to £30k

About the Role :

  • Prepare and type correspondence and legal documents.
  • Support fee earners with day-to-day admin, diary management and client communication.
  • Manage electronic filing, case management systems and document organisation.
  • Handle scanning, printing, mail and general office tasks.
  • Assist with digital dictation.
  • Support client file processes, compliance routines and document storage.
  • In the Private Client team, help prepare Wills, LPAs and other estate documents.
  • About You

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary
  • Experience using a digital dictation tool
  • Strong IT and typing skills, with good accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear written communication and a professional manner.
  • Ability to stay organised, meet deadlines and work well in a team.
