Wise Employment are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Maintenance Operative (Part – Time) in the Exmouth area of Devon. This is a fantastic Temporary opportunity, with the potential chance of becoming permanent. This role is working Monday to Friday 9am – 12pm, offering £13.51ph. However, for the right candidate there is the chance for a different shift pattern working 3 or 4 days with longer hours.

As a Maintenance Operative your role will be based within a residential home and will involve:

– Dealing with all maintenance tasks, ensuring everything is all completed in a timely manner

– Dealing with minor repair work

– Ensuring that all areas are kept clean and tidy

– Communicating with all relevant stake holders

To be successful, as a Maintenance Operative you will need:

– Full UK Driving Licence with own transport

– Previous Property Maintenance experience across a broad spectrum

– Good working experience of various hand tools and maintenance equipment

– Able to work by yourself, and use your initiative to ensure tasks are done in a timely manner.

– Able to use computers, specifically Microsoft

This role will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check due to the environment based in.
