Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for Helpdesk Advisor for our clients based in Stafford. For this position you must be flexible and available to work any 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis. Helpdesk Advisor staff responsibilities: Answering calls from customers and drivers with queries about their deliveries. Answering calls from their own drivers about road closures or missing items or disputes.
