Optime are excited to be recruiting Perm Warehouse Operatives in Lowfield Heath (Crawley). This job offers fantastic hours and overtime opportunities. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company and fantastic conditions and facilities.
What’s on offer:
- Hourly Rate:
- Day rate of pay: £13.38 per hour
- Shifts: 4 on 4 off
- Location: Crawley (Lowfield Heath)
- Hours: 6AM TO 6PM
- Weekly pay (Every Friday)
- Free on-site parking
- Company pension scheme
- Immediate Start (subject to 5-year background check)
- Temp to Perm (performance based)
Key Duties:
- Ensuring stock levels are accurately counted using handheld scanners
- Assisting with inbound/outbound deliveries
- Picking and packing orders
- Meet KPI\’s and picking targets set
- Operating all equipment, as per training, to meet safety expectations
- Complying with strict security processes
- Other general warehouse duties as instructed by your supervisor
Requirements:
- Great work ethic
- Ability to work in as team
- Strong attention to details
- Valid Passport or Driving Licence /Birth Certificate or National ID card
- UK Settled Status (If applicable)
- Proof of National Insurance
- Proof of (current) Address
- 5 Year Address History
- 5 Year Work Reference History
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic criminal record check following interview in line with CAA requirements.
- Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential
