We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager
to join our team and make a real impact. If someone who loves building a
positive, motivated, and inclusive culture where every team member feels valued
and driven, this could be the perfect fit. As our Bar Manager, play a key role
in helping the team grow and shine, providing training, mentorship, and support
to make sure everyone is on the same page about delivering exceptional drinks
and service in one of the busiest restaurants in Manchester. You will oversee a
team of 12+ bartenders, head bartenders, assistant bar managers and barbacks.
In this role, set the standard by leading from the front,
showing the team what great drinks and service looks like. Be hands-on,
involved in all aspects of the daily flow – from welcoming guests with a smile
to making sure every detail of the drinking experience runs smoothly. Plus,
have the chance to build a team culture that’s all about passion, dedication,
and a shared goal of creating memorable guest experiences. You will also play a part
in the drink development side of things, having an input into what goes onto
our menus.
