Ward manager for the Honeysuckle, Jasmine ward. These areas include Maternity Triage and one continuity team. The job is 15 hours management and the rest of the hours worked clinically in the ward environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the ward area and maintaining safety and standards. They will also manage a team of band 5/6 midwives and band 3 maternity support workers.

Main duties of the job

The role includes staff management in line with Trust polices. Patient safety and maintaining standards in the ward environment. These will be covered in detail in the Job Description.
