A new Home Manager has recently stepped into post, bringing warmth, openness and a genuine belief that good leadership starts with how people are treated day to day. You\’ll still use your nursing skills here. Regularly. Meaningfully. This is not a desk role in disguise. Your presence matters on the floor, in handovers, and in the moments where clinical decisions carry weight.
For Senior Nurses or Clinical Leads who are already mentoring others, leading shifts, shaping care standards and being relied upon when things feel complex, much of this role will already feel familiar. The difference is having the space, support and title to do it properly.
