Are you ready to make a real difference in people\’s lives?

We are seeking a Support Worker to become a part of our amazing team at our Supported Living service in King\’s Heath, Birmingham. No previous experience needed as you will receive full training!

In this role, you\’ll support a young adult who leads an active lifestyle on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, helping develop daily living skills and encouraging participation in various interests that promote health and well-being.

You will support with activities the individual enjoys like gaming, watching football, biking, and volunteering. While he may exhibit some challenging behavior, he\’s a great communicator eager to learn new ways to express himself, including British Sign Language (BSL) and picture communication.

A full UK manual driver\’s license is required, as you\’ll use our company car for activities and appointments.
