Duty Care Manager – McCarthy Stone, Guildford
McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional Duty Care Manager to join their team at The Clockhouse in Guildford.
This role offers a unique approach to care, focusing on high-quality support for independent older adults in a luxurious setting.
Salary and Hours
Base salary: £14.47 per hour (day rate) and £11.82 per hour (sleeping night rate), plus additional pay (see below).
Hours: 25 per week, including day and night shifts.
Day shifts vary between 08:45 – 16:30 and 16:15 – 09:30. Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00, with sleep-in duties from 23:00 to 07:00, providing emergency support as needed.
