As our Oracle EPM Systems Admin Officer, you\’ll play a vital role in ensuring our financial planning systems operate effectively, enabling our teams to focus on delivering services that support our residents.
Working Style: You\’ll be based in the Borough for 3 days a week, serving the local community. Whether working frontline or behind the scenes, you\’ll be part of a dedicated team making a real difference.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Managing and maintaining the Oracle EPM platform, including Planning, Narrative Reporting, and Workforce Modelling modules, in collaboration with the Financial Reporting and Compliance Officer.
- Processing service requests, updating key data, monitoring integrations, troubleshooting system issues, and liaising with central system teams and the Oracle Help Desk.
- Creating training content using Oracle Guided Learning, contributing to system documentation and user guides, and supporting finance teams in training cost centre managers.
- Participating in regular testing and release updates to maintain system accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity.

What you\’ll bring:
- AAT qualified or equivalent experience, with a relevant computing qualification or demonstrable system admin expertise.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM and understanding of the financial processes it supports, including planning and forecasting cycles.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach, especially when updating data, configuring systems, or managing access via the Oracle OCI console.
- Strong communication skills to support users and collaborate across departments.
