The Role:
As an Integrated Logistics Support Analyst, you\’ll contribute to the design and development of the ILS aspects of programmes and projects, such as procuring reliable, maintainable, sustainable, and affordable systems. You may also work on upgrades to existing systems, ensuring operational advantage for our customers.
Typical tasks include:
- Assist in producing the Integrated Support Plan (ISP) for future systems, including Spares Optimisation, Obsolescence and Maintenance plans, Life Cycle Cost (LCC), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF) calculations.
- Collaborate with the RAMT ILS Engineer to report on system data.
- Conduct Failure Mode, Effect & Criticality Analysis (FMECA) for new and existing systems.
- Coordinate ILS reports and review deliverables.
- Build trust within the customer community regarding system use.
- Support other roles within the ILS Team as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in ILS, System Engineering, Engineering Supportability, or Technical Operations Management.
- Proven ability to develop the ISP with all ILS deliverables.
- Experience evaluating Support performance metrics and delivering Support Solution reviews.
- Knowledge of Failure Modes Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMEA/FMECA).
- Ability to influence design through Reliability and Maintainability analysis.
- Experience with Testability Analysis and failure detection in systems.
- Strong teamwork and planning skills.
