The role is based on a full 360 recruitment model, and you\’ll receive hands-on training from an experienced leadership team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and developing new client relationships, understanding their Cyber Security hiring needs, and sourcing exceptional candidates through targeted advertising, proactive headhunting, and tapping into an extensive candidate network.

The Role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to find top talent for your clients.
  • Candidate Screening: Interview and assess candidates skills, qualifications, and fit for the roles.
  • Job Matching: Match candidates with opportunities based on experience, qualifications, and client needs.
  • Offer Negotiation: Facilitate salary negotiations and employment terms between clients and candidates.
  • Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Consultation: Provide expert career advice to both clients and candidates.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle contracts, job postings, feedback collection, and database management.
