We are a Supported Living service in Battle and want dedicated people to join us. We are looking for x2 Waking Night Support Workers, working 20 hrs per week. Your role will involve working alongside adults with a learning disability to help them to realise their potential, live life to the full, build independent skills and live their best life. The role is varied, no two days will be the same.

Waking Night Support Worker hours are 21.45pm – 07.45am. It is lone working with a sleep in staff member for support.

  • Have communication and organisational skills,
  • Are self-motivated
  • Are committed to providing excellent support.
  • Willing to undertake training required to complete the job role
  • Have an ethos of working together
