McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Bank Duty Care Manager to join their team at the prestigious Somers Brook Court in Newport, Isle of Wight.
This role offers a unique approach to care, emphasizing quality and community support.
Salary and Hours
Base Salary: £13.56 per hour (day rate) and £11.44 per hour (sleeping night rate), plus additional pay (see below).
Hours: As and when required, including day and night shifts.
Day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or 16:15 to 09:30.
Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00.
During sleeping night shifts, you will sleep from 23:00 to 07:00, providing emergency support as needed.
