Are you a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving team success? Huntswood is seeking a proactive and organised Team Leader to oversee a team of Administrators supporting our client\’s data integration function. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Location: West Malling (Office-based)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £240/day (Umbrella only – we\’ll help you get set up!)
Contract: 3 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a team of Administrators to meet daily targets and service levels
- Monitoring workflow and ensuring timely, accurate completion of data backlog tasks
- Supporting the team with complex queries and escalations from inbound calls and emails
- Acting as the main point of contact between the team and internal stakeholders
- Providing coaching, feedback, and performance updates to team members
- Ensuring compliance with processes and maintaining high-quality standards

- Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in handling escalated calls and managing team inboxes
- A proactive mindset with the ability to lead by example
- Experience in data processing or customer service environments is a plus
