The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.
Reporting to our regional WE HR Director, you’ll work with three of our business directors to develop and execute their people plans. This will include supporting them to lead through transformation and change and nurturing these relationships to be able to challenge when needed.
You’ll manage a small team of HR Business Partners and have a focus on setting them up for success with their business areas and developing them as high performing HR professionals.
This is a mobile role, with business travel required as needed to support your leadership groups. This could be across the UK but primarily to Burton on Trent and London., * Develop, deliver and evaluate People Strategies and Plans which enable achievement of the Sales, Marketing and Strategy functional plans for the WE business; driving capability, performance, talent and engagement in alignment with business needs.

Manage core people process within Sales, Marketing and Strategy to divisional standards and requirements, e.g. Talent Management, Performance Management, Engagement Action Planning, Recruitment Forecasting etc. Provide support to business leaders and line managers on a range of operational HR issues, both personally and via a team.

Lead Sales, Marketing and Strategy functional change activity e.g. site changes, restructures etc, using the Employee Relations team to support. Also lead any M&A work & any multi-functional projects

Actively contribute to the development of the WE People Plan to enable the delivery of the ambition for the WE business. Ensuring that this plan is executed brilliantly, including taking a lead on certain elements of it

Play a key leadership role for the WE HR Team, role modeling great business partnering and driving the right ways of working across the HR operating model with the Centre of Excellences, GBS and HR Operations.
This is a great role for a HR leader with experience partnering at director level in a fast paced, complex organisation.
